This is what we have to cook with.
A lady comes in from our branch and cooks dinner for us almost every night.
She makes amazing food with such limited resources.
Although the food is great...sometimes we get a little desperate to try something else... something familiar.
This is what we came up with...

Any guesses on what this is?
Well technically speaking it's curry...evidently all sauces here are called curry.
This is a special curry...it's made with
GOAT BRAINS!
Yes ladies and gentleman...I ate goat brains tonight.
To be honest...they actually weren't that bad.
There was just a weird cottage cheesy texture to deal with
Seth and Melissa (our directors) got us a cake to make us feel better for having us unknowingly eat goat brains....I think the cake was worse than the brains!

Cottage cheese is bad enough. Cottage cheese thighs are worse. Goat brain cottage cheese has got to be the worst.
